Happy New Year, my friends!
MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!![]()

I, MAXINE , being of sound mind and body, do not wish to be kept alive indefinitely by artificial means.
Under no circumstances should my fate be put in the hands of pinhead politicians who couldn't pass ninth-grade biology if their lives depended on it, or lawyers and doctors interested in simply running up the bills.
If a reasonable amount of time passes and I fail to ask for at least one of the following: Glass of wine, chocolate, Margarita, chocolate, Martini, Cold Beer, chocolate, Chicken fried steak, cream gravy, chocolate, Mexican food, chocolate, French fries, chocolate, Pizza, chocolate, ice cream, cup of tea, chocolate, Chocolate, or Chocolate then it should be presumed that I won't ever get better
When such a determination is reached, I hereby instruct my appointed person and attending physicians to pull the plug, reel in the tubes, let the "fat lady sing"... and call it a day.
I agree with Maxine...Lmao!!!
Chris Benoit is dead!!!
Holy crap!
*sits in stunned silence*

Chris Michael Benoit
1967 - 2007
Article from the Edmonton Sun:
Chris Benoit and family found dead: reports 'Canadian Crippler' once lived in Edmonton, Sherwood Park
Professional wrestler Chris Benoit was found dead along with his family this afternoon in his Atlanta home, according to published reports.
The Atlanta-Journal Constitution is reporting authorities confirmed that Benoit, 40, his wife, Nancy, and their 7-year-old son were found dead at the home on Quarters and Redwine roads in Fayetteville.
Officials would not say how the family died, other than to say they weren't shot to death.
The Montreal-born Benoit, who moved to Edmonton when he was 12 years old, lived in Sherwood Park as recently as May 2000.
World Wrestling Entertainment issued a release over Benoit's death.
"World Wrestling Entertainment is deeply saddened to report that today Chris Benoit and his family were found dead in their home," the statement reads.
"There are no further details at this time, other than the Benoit family residence is currently being investigated by local authorities.
WWE spokeswoman Cheryl Kong in Toronto said Monday night’s “Raw” TV program would serve as a tribute to Benoit and his family.
Benoit was a former world heavyweight champion, Intercontinental champion and held several tag-team titles over his career.
Benoit was scheduled to wrestle at the Vengeance pay-per-view Sunday night in Houston, but was replaced at the last minute because of what announcer Jim Ross called “personal reasons.”

I LOATHE WITH A FIERY HOT PASSION (and I'm talking like the fires of the sun we orbit around) Montreal Canadians (and I do apologize to those of you who are Canadian in some way, shape or form but Montreal Canadians - at least the ones I've met in my 20+ years of working - are the rudest bunch of douchebags I've ever had the displeasure of serving).
We have this really fucked-up store policy in regards to alcohol/tobacco sales.
If you are 50 years or younger, you will be carded for alcohol and tobacco.
What this actually means?
Regardless of age, we're going to card you anyway.
They watch us on camera 24/7 to make sure we card anybody who's buying beer or cigs. We get written up, suspended, or fired if we don't. Even if we know the person, they're a frequent shopper, or they work in the store - we absolutely have to card them. As I said, it's a fucked-up policy but New York State is cracking ass on repeat offenders and we're considered a high risk store. If we get stung one more time, we lose our license for a year or more.
That being said...I get this Canadian couple in my lane about 12:30 this morning buying some donuts, aspirin and a 40-ounce of Bud. I politely asked the man for his driver's license and he suddenly looked at me like I was dog shit on his brand new shoes and it smelled really rancid. He got all indignant and pissed off and started ranting at me that he didn't have to show his ID, I didn't need to see his ID and that there was no such store policy about being carded. After that rant, he ranted some more about how he knows his rights and that the only reason I should card anybody is if they look 18 or younger. Between the first rant and the second, I'm trying to explain to him what our store policy is and he kept cutting me off, ranting longer and louder and generally being a bastard about the whole thing. Every time I opened my mouth (and this happened about 4 times), I would get out the words "But our store policy-" and then he'd cut me off.
I waited 5 minutes for him to finish ranting and when he was done I looked at his wife and said "I just want to explain what our store policy is." She looks at him and said "Shut up so she can explain it to you." So I took a deep breath and explained to him that our store policy is we have to ID anyone at 50 years of age or younger. There's a big green and red sticker stuck to the side of my register for fuck's sake that says the same thing I've been trying to explain for the last 5 fucking minutes!
Then he gets even more pissed off and asked to speak to my supervisor. So I called him up and before he even got there the guy was like, "Nevermind, here's my ID."
.....stabbity-stab-stab-stab.....
5 minute fuss for something that only takes 2 seconds.
If you had a CD or album coming out, who would you thank in the liner notes?
My mom, my sisters, my children, my best friends, my cat and my grandmother

5 CASES WHEN IT IS OK TO USE THE "F" WORD

IF THIS MADE YOU SMILE..THEN REPOST. IT WILL MAKE SOME ONE ELSE SMILE TOO.
Daddy's Poem
Her hair was up in a pony tail,
Her favorite dress tied with a bow.
Today was Daddy's Day at school,
And she couldn't wait to go.
But her mommy tried to tell her,
That she probably should stay home.
Why the kids might not understand,
If she went to school alone
But she was not afraid;
She knew just what to say.
What to tell her classmates
Why he wasn't there today.
But still her mother worried,
For her to face this day alone.
And that was why once again,
She tried to keep her daughter home.
But the little girl went to school
Eager to tell them all.
About a dad she never sees
A dad who never calls.
There were daddies along the wall in back,
For everyone to meet.
Children squirming impatiently,
Anxious in their seats.
One by one the teacher called them
At last the teacher called her name,
Every child turned to stare.
Each of them was searching,
For a man who wasn't there.
"Where's her daddy at?"
She heard a boy call out.
"She probably doesn't have one,"
Another student dared to shout.
And from somewhere near the back,
She heard a daddy say,
"Looks like another deadbeat dad
Too busy to waste his day."
The words did not offend her,
As she smiled up at her Mom.
And looked back at her teacher,
Who told her to go on.
And with hands behind her back,
Slowly she began to speak.
And out from the mouth of a child,
Came words incredibly unique.
"My Daddy couldn't be here,
Because he lives so far away.
But I know he wishes he could be,
Since this is such a special day.
And though you cannot meet him,
I wanted you to know.
All about my daddy,
And how much he loves me so.
He loved to tell me stories
He taught me to ride my bike.
He surprised me with pink roses,
And taught me to fly a kite.
We used to share fudge sundaes,
And ice cream in a cone.
And though you cannot see him.
I'm not standing here alone.
"Cause my daddy's always with me,
Even though we are apart
I know because he told me,
He'll forever be in my heart".
With that, her little hand reached up,
And lay across her chest.
Feeling her own heartbeat,
Beneath her favorite dress.
And from somewhere here in the crowd of dads,
Her mother stood in tears.
Proudly watching her daughter,
Who was wise beyond her years.
For she stood up for the love
Of a man not in her life.
Doing what was best for her,
Doing what was right.
And when she dropped her hand back down,
Staring straight into the crowd.
She finished with a voice so soft,
But its message clear and loud.
"I love my daddy very much,
he's my shining star.
And if he could, he'd be here,
But heaven's just too far.
You see he was a policeman
And died just this past year
When airplanes hit the towers
And taught Americans to fear.
But sometimes when I close my eyes,
it's like he never went away."
And then she closed her eyes,
And saw him there that day.
And to her mothers amazement,
She witnessed with surprise.
A room full of daddies and children,
All starting to close their eyes.
Who knows what they saw before them,
Who knows what they felt inside.
Perhaps for merely a second,
They saw him at her side.
"I know you're with me Daddy,"
To the silence she called out.
And what happened next made believers,
Of those once filled with doubt.
Not one in that room could explain it,
For each of their eyes had been closed.
But there on the desk beside her,
Was a fragrant long-stemmed pink rose.
And a child was blessed, if only for a moment,
By the love of her shining star.
And given the gift of believing,
That heaven is never too far.
They say it takes a minute to find a special person, an hour to appreciate them, a day to love them, but then an entire life to forget them.
Send this to the people you'll never forget, and remember to send it also to the person that sent it to you. It's a short message to let them know that you'll never forget them. If you don't send it to anyone, it means you're in a hurry and that you've forgotten your friends. Take the time... To live and love!
That day will haunt us all in one way or another.
Show us a clown.
